Pura paid-funnel leak report
One current Pura Plus ad sends shoppers into a free-device flow with a different diffuser already selected.
What we checked for you
Ads reviewed: 100
Paid paths checked: 10
Issues found: 1
We followed current Pura ads into their exact destinations. Each of the ten paid paths was checked on desktop and mobile. We also checked links, loading, campaign details, tracking responses, and the available path toward cart. We found one paid-state mismatch strong enough to put in front of you.
Where paid traffic is leaking
The Pura Plus ad opens with Pura 4 selected
A shopper sees a current ad for Pura Plus. After the click, the free-diffuser page arrives with Pura 4 selected instead. Pura Home Plus appears farther down as a separate, unselected choice.
What happens after the click

The creative shows a Pura Plus box and says the shopper got the entire Pura Plus for free.
The destination is readable and working. But it does not carry the advertised product choice into the buying flow. It arrives with Pura 4 checked. The page also says the free device requires six months of fragrance subscriptions.
This matters because the visitor must catch the substitution and correct it before moving on. Some will assume the advertised Pura Plus is unavailable. Others may continue with the wrong device or leave rather than untangle the offer.
Change first: Repair the paid URL so device=pura-plus ends cleanly before the campaign details begin. Then make Pura Plus visibly selected when this ad is clicked. Add a pre-launch check that opens every live paid URL and confirms the advertised device is the one selected.
Keep watching: Recheck this exact ad and destination whenever campaign links or the free-diffuser chooser change. Alert when the selected device, subscription term, or next-step state no longer matches the ad that sent the shopper.
Why this keeps costing you
The ad can keep spending while the destination still loads, analytics still record a visit, and the free-device page still looks healthy. A dashboard may show traffic without showing that the wrong diffuser was selected at the moment a shopper entered the offer.
FunnelWatch should keep matching each current Pura ad to the exact device, subscription term, and next step a shopper receives after the click. That turns silent offer drift into a specific alert before more paid visitors meet the wrong buying state.
