ClickUp: the AI Agents page keeps mobile prospects waiting

Two current ads send prospects to this ClickUp Brain page. On a phone, its main pitch took more than 21 seconds to appear. The same page appeared in 2.2 seconds on desktop.

Owner brief

We followed ClickUp's current AI Agents ads to the page they promote. The promise and the page agree. The leak is speed. A mobile prospect can spend most of the first half-minute staring at an unfinished page before they see why ClickUp Brain matters.

Five current public ads were reviewed. Two send people to this exact AI Agents page. The other on-domain ads use separate ClickUp landing pages.

Funnel depth tested: current ad destination to the ClickUp Brain page on desktop and mobile, then the "Get Started. It's free" action to the work-email activation form. We did not enter an email, create an account, activate a workspace, test an in-product event, submit payment details, or check follow-up email.

Where paid attention is leaking

Mobile prospects can wait more than 21 seconds for the pitch

The desktop page appeared in 2.2 seconds. On the mobile test, the main ClickUp Brain content took 21.4 seconds to appear.

That gap matters because these ads sell speed and relief from busywork. A prospect clicking from a phone gets the opposite first impression. Some will leave before the page has a chance to make its case or show the free-start action.

Start with the opening mobile experience. Load the headline and free-start action before the heavier animation and page features. Remove anything from the first load that does not help a new visitor understand the offer or act on it.

FunnelWatch should time this exact paid page on mobile after every design, animation, script, or campaign change. Alert ClickUp when the main pitch slips past a practical wait, before more ad clicks land on the slower version.

What is working

The ad and page tell the same story: ClickUp Brain uses AI agents to handle updates, blockers, and repetitive work. Once loaded, the page gives prospects two clear choices. They can start free or book a demo. The free-start action opens a focused work-email form without asking for payment.

Fix this first

Make the headline and free-start action appear quickly on a typical phone, then load the heavier parts of the page around them.

Paid-page speed can change when animations, campaign scripts, tracking, or page sections are updated. FunnelWatch keeps checking the live route so ClickUp does not keep buying mobile visits to a page that has become too slow to sell.
